The “DAY PASS” provides you and other travellers with unlimited travel for one day from 1st June to 30th September. Pay 16€ for 1 department (ex : Alpes-Maritimes) or 32€ for 2 departments (ex : Alpes-Maritimes and Var) and 10€ for each additional traveller.

Take the train from the main station “gare Thiers” in Nice and climb up to Tende located more than 1000m asl passing by the Valley du Paillon and the Valley de la Roya-Bévéra. This journey is one of the most beautiful European railway trips and was officially inaugurated in 1928.

Discover the alpine area of Nice and the Provence by taking this train on the historical railway line between Nice and Digne-les-Bains in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. Don’t hesitate to stop on the way, visit the perched villages and go hiking. Departure from the station “gare des chemins de fer de Provence” behind the Pathé cinema in the “Libération” quarter (not to be confused with the main station “Thiers”)

You may take this train from Puget-Théniers to Annot pulled by a steam locomotive of the 1920s, classified a historical monument. This steam train operates on Fridays and/or Sundays from May to October. A reservation is required.

Go on a winter sports day for only 15€! This train is available from end of January to end of March. The round-trip operates from Nice to Saint-Dalmas de Tende by train and then by shuttle bus to Castérino village.
